Well guys, I don't know about you, but that last challenge ended really quickly for me! I was shocked when I came on today and it was already over. Thank you Jayhuff for a really challenging [at least for me] bi-weekly challenge, and for passing the torch to me.

I thought long and hard about what I want this challenge to be. I wanted to pick something that would be a challenge for myself as well as the rest of you. So after two weeks of contemplation, I decided that I want to see some emotion.

So this weeks challenge will be to capture moments that have some sort of raw emotion in them. Whether the subjects are caught in an emotional state, or the scene just sparked some emotion inside of you. Love, anger, happiness, depression, excitement, hope, longing, any sentiment goes. But if it is a photo that made you emotional, please give us a little explanation.

Example: This shot is really sentimental to me because running has always been an outlet in my life. I took this when I felt like I just needed to get away from my life for a moment, and I think it shows in the shot.

Of course, please don't feel confined to my example. The sky's the limit here, folks. You may submit old shots, but I'd mostly like to see new ones :)
