Challenge: The Quality of Light

The "quality of light" that produces images on film or a digital system is key to a good photograph. Let us have fun, and use lighting as a means to enhance and add drama to our images.
Thank you for passing on the torch of challenge Candice. You are a hard act to follow. Here are some images that I think light played a key role.

Thanks Candice for Thanks. I'm in, Bear, It's all about the light. Since I joined this site, it's the most important facet I concentrate on. Nice examples, "Finale" is an excellent photo, worthy of hanging in a place of honor.

Could not be a better topic! Sunrise and sunset is the best light for color...and so on. Had planned to get up before dawn to shoot today but slept in. Thanks for the motivation Bear!
