Challenge: Freeze the action

Thanks go out to RobinG for the insightful challenge "Disposable Fun!".
I think we all have a new appreciation for the hi-tech marvels of our digital cameras!

Well it's time to put that technology to work. This challenge involves freezing action. Whether you find it outside occuring naturally or create it indoors, I think you will find it a fun excercise and you can achieve some amazing results.

Unless you are brand new to Photographica, you know how much I love to shoot my dogs in action.
 Stretch Good Teeth
 Grounder Blazing Speed

Children are sometimes captured best in action as they play and are oblivious to your activities. RoRo II

Birds and wildlife are more difficult because they are wary of you. A lot of people on this site excell at this!
 Hummer XI

You can create your stop-action shots in a more controlled environment. Using studio or on-camera flashes, you can be very creative and choose the objects, lighting, and backgrounds that suit your tastes. Some of these were shot using a studio unit, some were shot with on-camera flash. A couple were done with the multi flash feature. Plop V
 Liquid Shapes
Multible Flash
Splash 52 Card Pick-up
Flying Cards !
 Dot Milk Crater

I had the most fun with these. I used my deer rifle to explode some milk jugs and a Pepsi bottle. People who only see guns on TV don't realize the awesome power of a modern hunting rifle. Spilled Milk Flying Cow Juice Pepsi Challenge

I want to thank Robin for picking me for a challenge. I had a lot of fun with these!

Our next challenge will be brought to us by PhantomsWife.
