Biography
I started taking photos in 2004 because I got a job at a photo shop. No other experience. They had a "Now Hiring" sign, I applied, they hired me. After researching photography for a bit, I became hooked on it and purchased a Nikon N80. I now own a Nikon D70s and a Pentax Spotmatic SP II. I Took art classes from 7th grade and through High School, but never photography. I love it as a medium for art as it's always advancing, so there's new ideas and techniques to master (white balance?). I haven't found my niche yet, and I may not have one, but I love to photo and i love my tech stuff. With that in mind, you'll see a lot of edited photos from me. I hope I can help share some unusual ideas (I know I've already gotten some from other users on this site)!
Artist's Statement
I work more on post-processing expression than most. I know hardcore photographers don't like any alterations from the photo at time of exposure, but I enjoy it. Don't hold it against me! ;)
