Disused Windows
I visited Tunisia a few weeks back, and found this ornate window quite fascinating Tunisian Windows
Some windows are food for the soul like this one in Lille, France Grand Windows or perhaps this one Awesome Windows
And then there are those who are so nosy they use windows to keep an eye on passers by Nosey Windows

I love architecture, and so the Bi Weekly challenge of Windows was most appealing.
...for the amount of time since my last post. So I will not make excuses, but rather try & make up for it with a post of some captures made over the last 4 months.
Thought I'd share some shots from a recent trip to London with you.
In exploring the wonders of Photoshop, I have taken to converting some shots to watercolour. It works especially well when you have a not so good shot, but there is some potential in it. The thumb for example was in extremely low light, too far away for flash plus the car was moving away from me. It was very blurred, and headed for the digital bin, but I like the finished result in watercolour. They look great when printed & framed at high quality. Here are some others to compare. Do you agree?
My work often has me travelling quite a way from home, taking me past some scenic, photo opportunity countryside. Trouble is, it is all too easy to hit the motorway (freeway) for the 3 hour return journey. This particular return trip turned into 7 hours. These are just some of the reasons why.
