It's been years since I've been to a St.Patrick's Day Parade. I made it this year to find out it is defiitely for the young. Here are some of my captures of the crowd!

Somewhere along the way our holiday traditions took on a contest of whose gift was wrapped the best. Now every year we all look forward to winning. These were just a few of the decorated packages and not close ups, but what the heck, tradition any way is good!

Here in Northern Ohio we got hit bad by heavy rains. The storm and sewer drains backed up on the residents basements. So raw sewage came and damaged for the most part everything they had. My sister and niece got hit hard. Although as they say others have had it thousands times worse, you could still feel their pain. Here are some residents front yards after the storm. I couldn't document the personal pain of my family but entering my neices home with all the belongings they could salvage in there livingroom in which they had just painted and decorated in preperation for their first born at the end of this month and seeing my neice in tears is a terrible feeling.

It rained the last two nights about the same time each day and it was so awesom. From the time the winds and clouds moved in to the pouring rain and hail. Unfortunatly I didn't get any shots until I was on my way home.

While vacationing in Colorado I saw these men having the time of their lives playing with toy airplanes. What a wonderful hobby to have in the mountains! So, be it, for my sequence action shots.

On my way to the mile high city I caught this gal READING. I was so warmly welcomed by the beautiful  CEILING in the Denver airport.
A stop at the  DENVER AQUARIUM proved to be colorful. The sight from BUFFALO BILL CODYS gravesight was thrilling. MOLLY BROWNS HOUSE was closed. The AMPITHEATER is truely one of the "wonders" on earth.
At a little coffee shop, I believe to have been around a college, it amazed me to watch the students interact with their computers and cell phones. How they all sat alone but were laughing and smiling at their machines.COMMUNICATION.
I want you Coloradians to know that your city took my breath away, literally, so those of you there should master the art of  LANDSCAPE (from the car) photography for it is so beautiful and no Ohioian can just walk into your space without first adjusting to the altitude and for me that would take years.
