For some reason, my wife is in love with McDonald's Sundaes.

Photo details: shot with a Nikon CoolPix 4500 in color and converted to greyscale. Some contrast adjustment and dodging (highlights) and burning (shadows) in Photoshop.

This set of pictures was taken over the course of a few days this winter, and they are some of my favorite pictures. I took them while walking around and doing what I do every day, trying to notice new things.

I was born in New England, but I've been away for about six years. This winter I was back on a business trip and to visit with friends and family. Here are some shots I took while I was there, and I would appreciate comments. I've never had my photo critiqued, so I welcome anything.
