This weekend I had the pleasure of photographing a wedding ceremony at the My assistant (my husband) and I were the couple's witnesses! And also, turns out, hehe, we saved the day. The wedding almost didn't happen. Whew! It was a close one. We waited at the 2nd street Pavilion and the officiant was late. Really late. So we spotted some local cops and found out from them, that the officiant wouldn't be able to perform the ceremony there because she was actually the mayor of another township, so she was at another nearby beach. My husband and I told the couple to jump in our car and we got them to the other beach just in time! The officiant was about to leave! The bride was in tears. Wow.
