Hello everyone!

Back from a Popup LinkRenoPopup LinkVegas trip.  My first time visiting both places.  Had such a good time I'm still recovering (grin).  I didn't Popup Linkwin big, but didn't lose big either.  The Peppermill lobby did kinda remind me of an 80's mall Popup Linkboutique.

Well, I've got lots of peoples stories to trak back through.

Please, someone wake me when it's dark ;-)

Folks who watch the Simpsons regularly already know the story.  For those who don't, the Albuquerque Isotopes are our baseball team.  The name was chosen becase of a Simpsons episode in which our illustrious mayor, hell-bent on getting his own baseball team gets the Isotopes!  Well, when it came time for us true life Albuquerquians to vote on a name for our team, Isotopes (put on the ballot as more of a joke I think)Won!

Anyhoo, Went to the game last night.  Great fun!  Stuffed ourselves with meat-byproducts and beer.  God bless America.

I am finnaly starting to figure out some manual adjustments on my Oly C700uz.  Like Popup LinkDOF useing manual focus, but cannot figure out what to do to take successful low-light shots.  Changing ISO does brighten and reduce blur, but seems to create a lot of noise.  Can anyone help me with what settings I should be fooling with?

Or is this camera just too old and limited?

First Moonflower blossom of the year.  I just love thier stark white blossoms and dark green leaves.  These plants are another that grows like a weed out here.

Some shots from the top of a double-decker.  Wish I could remember the names of the buildings, but were too busy trying to soak it all in.  And unfortunately didn't rename any of the photos right when we got home.  So they all still have thier original camera names...like P6130007.JPG hehe.

Took a trip with me mum way back in 2002.  Such a wonderful vacation.  I couldn't get over how so many of the museums and galleries allowed photography INSIDE!  Something i've never seen here in the US.

(took hundreds of photos so we won't see all of them.  Selected a few of my favorites)

Enjoy :-)
