The Rebellion Begins!

Here are some shots from the Flower Fields in Carlsbad, CA. The Flowers are Rannunculus Flowers. It used to be just a Farmers field and he would let you just roam around for nothing But now it has become quite a tourist attraction.

The first couple shots are nothing special but just to give you an Idea of size of the field. (Actually it is 3 times what you can see in the photos)

These will probably be the last flower pictures I will post in the wild. The rains have stopped and soon all will be brown and ready for fire season

At First I thought this photo didn't qualify since I took it before I read what the contest was. But Since the contest started at 11:30 am on Sunday and I shot this at 2:07PM.. I think it qualifies.
