Things around Greers Ferry

I haven't posted anything in sometime, haven't had much opportunity to take any pictures. Here are some pictures I did take last weekend.
A Cave
Cliffs that people climb up and jump or dive from.
hamburger boat but I was taking a picture of the duck family
Watch the last step
Plant found on the island and I don't know what it is.

This is what I came home to this weekend gardenia and it smelled so good.
A day at Greers Ferry Lake

We finally go to the lake, even if it's a day for cleaning the boat. Here's what we see when we came through the gate, the resident deer. After we get the boat clean we go out for a while, we meet the local dock ducks. As you come out of the dock area you see Miller's Point and my favorite meeting spot the island. It's getting late so it's time to go. We'll be back in a couple of weeks, and can't wait.
Here's why I'm called Twinsmeme they just turned 11.
Here's my husband showing some emotion, he's at our Moose Golf Tournament. He just let one rip, I think he got on the green.
Last is a picture of my poker plant.
Hope I didn't bore you too much.
Alien pod

I was out in the yard the other day and found this alien pod on my cedar tree. It's a creepy looking thing.
This is not so creepy,
my clematis.
More Flowers

I took a walk around campus yesterday after a rain and found these pretty white azaleas and these pink azaleas.
Today I went out to lunch and found this dogwood and this one looked like it was sunbathing. It seems like flowers is all I've taken pictures of.

Out and About

I was driving around the other day and stopped at McArthur Park and this sign was at the bottom of McArthur Museum. Thought it was pretty neat never read it before. Then I drove over to the Clinton Library still haven't made it inside. Time to go home and when I got there I was greeted by Yard Dog. Living in the country we sometimes end up with others pets the ones someone don't want anymore. He's not much to look at but he sure is sweet. Then I went inside and was greeted by Sassy. She thinks she rules the roost. After I got home I took these pictures as well.
