    Born in Brooklyn and living on  Long Island N.Y. most of my life, I retired from the work force in 1998, sold my house and did a little traveling , stopping in a few states for a few years then  found my way to Arkansas on July 28th 2002, Got married Aug. 30, 2003. Sold our home in Fort Smith  and bought a piece of land on the top side of a mountain.  Currently I'm in the middle of tearing down an old house which is on the property and adding to the house I live in now. As for hobbies, I chose to do some photography , Wood Carving , Wood Working  a little Gardening,  some hiking and tent camping.  Group field trips and any thing else.  I take  my camera everywhere , Knowing what to photograph,  I decided to start with highway and roadside flowers , our garden, then added fungi and wildlife.  Among the many snapshots I included barns , bridges , birds , bugs , Mushrooms ,Insects, Seeds & Weeds, Landscapes,  etc.. and also added the oldest  gravestones I could find.  Anything that has some interest.
