In each of these photo's of people close to me I've tried to capture something beneath the surface of the image.
My favourite is this shot of one of my teachers Mr Leung because when I see the kindness and wisdom in his face I can understand why he became a teacher.

On a recent adventure to one of the biggest cemeteries in New South Wales, I couldn't resist taking some very cliched shots. This decapitated statue was hauntingly gloomy, and this annually cared for grave looked like it hadn't been touched in years.
Visiting this church was the highlight of my day though. A very gothic beauty.
