I took my kids to the zoo.  Ellie was behind some bushes and i got a good picture.  She kept talking on the phone with her mom - and when i asked her to give me the phone she looked at meimpatiently - Finally she pretended to be some busy executive

I know I Overexposed this one - but the whites looked oddly ok. i corrected in time for the next picture and learnt the fundamental lesson in digital photogtaphy - always underexpose if unsure. I also got an excellent 300mm zoom and took a picture of a tiny bud at the zoo. And then some more flowers ... and macro photography is cool

Just got a digital SLR. Here is a 50mm fixed focal portrait. I also took an interesting one of my son ... and anotherandy warhol portrait. Finally the Winter Sky in North Carolina. Comments much welcome
