Challenge: Bi- Weekly Challenge: Catch the Wind

I was so impressed with all the entries in lefteyeblind's BLUE challenge. There were a lot more entries than I can recollect in recent times, and they were all great. So great, that I thought I would just make the next challenge RED or BLACK but I guess I have decided to go with something a bit more abstract.
So the wind! I live in coastal NC where the wind shapes our lives from minute to minute. Like all coastal communities we have flags
that tell us what is going on. On this day I knew it was blowing from the NW @ 10-15 mph just by looking at the flag.
We have a lot of wind junkies
here. The unfeathered ones pay top dollar to feel our breezes.
The wind shapes
our buildings. Sometimes it just turns everything upside down
That stuff happens everywhere, right?
And there are tried and true methods of protection
becauselook out you might need it.
My question and challenge to you is how do you catch the wind? I mean with your camera... A lot of times I try to do this. I usually get stuff that looks like this
which is cool, but how to you capture the beauty of sound of the wind in the loblolly pines
So my challenge to you is to try to capture the wind. I have but one success...and here it is...my triumph
Catch the WIND!!! I know you can!
Next up: The lovely and talented, fresh off the rush of a 4.0... EMF

Windows are mostly boarded up. Here is the entrance door window. I was attempting to take this next photo of just the window and the siding around it, but my auto focus went crazy and absolutely refused to focus unless there was something additional in the frame. I could not bring it into focus manually, either, and neither could a few other brave souls I coerced into trying. It was pretty eerie...yikes .
Maybe this little creature had something to do with it...creepy cat
Yup
another one of my little one.
Macros
I do not have a macro lens, but I have a setting on my camera, so I came across a few neat items and gave it a shot...and the obligatory flower shot, taken at a public park in Bath, North Carolina..."America's First Town"

Here are a few recent shots taken with light coming through the windows. The greatest thing about our windows right now is that they are WIDE OPEN and spring is wafting through the house.
A few new shots of my little
