How about 50 years is that long? I could have done without the AARP mail, but hey, I'm happy to be alive and well and hope to live another 50 years!! (Maybe I better save the Halloween costume!)
Here are a few more pics from the other day. This was the first time I've ever done a shoot like this. I bought a portable background stand the day before the shoot and used the paper that came with it. I don't have any lights(yet) so I used my flash and bounced it off the ceiling. I enjoyed the shoot so much that I'd like to get into this type of shooting more often. Maybe even set up a little studio in my basement. I appreciate any advice you give me. (Thank you Penny) Here are a few pics without the background.asleepheart shoes read bear Thanks for looking and for any comments
I stumbled across this the other day. It's a painting my daughter did 23 yrs. ago when she was seven. Just for fun, I thought I'd send it out to surfer guy
How about some parade pictures to help us think of warmer weather? I shot these at the Hall of Fame parade last summer.
Here are some pictures of my nephew's first birthday. Can someone please tell me how to shoot indoors with a flash without getting shadows? All help will be greatly appreciated!! Thank you!

There was no place to pull over and the road was too narrow to pass. Both hands in a death grip on the steering wheel I sped faster and faster down the bumpy dirt road scared out of my wits. The semi didn't let up. As I looked in my rearview mirror I saw he was attempting to pass. I pulled to the side as far as I could and closed my eyes as he blew by and left us in a cloud of dust. By the time the dust settled he was gone, so, no picture.(true story) Our poor littleRental Car wasn't much good after that. We had to leave it behind . The badlands are so beautiful! The colors thescenery the wild flowers and thewildlife , but you have to be careful. You never know where there might be a roadblock . I tried to get this guy to let me go around so I could take his picture without shooting directly into the sun, but he wasn't budging! If you go to South Dakota also be sure to visit the town of
When I told my family and friends I would be vacationing in South Dakota, the common response was, "What's in South Dakota?". Here are a few of the places we visited. One of our first stops was beautiful
