yesterday i went out to test my new remote for the also new eos 10d (yay! i am sooo happy i made myself this graduation present and my old objectives fit!). the task was to find a place in berlin where you could nicely shoot some cars driving by. so we went to a bridge and took this backlights and those frontlights .
then we went underground and tried to use long exposure to duplicate my boyfriend. here the ghost twins are. then he hid behind one of this orange things as well. afterwards we felt all dizzy

i dont know how the surrounding of the eye this looks like on a pc monitor. on mine it is okay, (imac flatpanel). but i assume there might be some dark spots around on a pc. those are not intended, bit i dont see them here.

there are a lot of hidden places in our world. for the framed versions, you can gohere

those two bugs look like some kind of candy. (i guess this is the reason why i dared taking a picture of them). also they seem to belong together. nature can be so beautiful if one looks closely at tiny things.

somtimes i feel like i am trapped in my own world. i feel like i see differently. i cannot share the world at that very moment since other people see it their own way. this gallery is a small attempt to make my own world visible.
how i see things sometimes. its always complicated with pictures, because what i feel is precious has to do with my conciousness and maybe everybody else thinks its ordinary or ugly.

constrasts not only in color. but not only in colour but also in the nature of things. the building very old, standing still just existing. the clouds fresh and new, passing by to disappear. p.s. what about a category "architecture / buildings/ objects" or something similar ;)

sorry that i just had my pictures in the size of 300 pixels on the widest side. i didnt know you could use lot of space here :) so here comes a 600pixel version of the previous gravestones. -the larger version- . and if there's an admin here, maybe it was possible to delete my 2 previous stories, just to dont make a too big mess. sorry *goes away ashamed*

this lantern pretends to stand in a medieval street if you dont mind the cars on the right side. i used no flash and took only a short time to be able to hold still. well and this is what came out. somehow it makes me feel calm and taken care of.
