Last Friday I visited Ground Zero for the first time and was filled with many emotions; sadness and respect, shame, deep emptiness,  fear, and hope.  Peace be with you.

Not too many years ago, if you had said that telephones would take great pictures people would laugh.  These were taken at a locallake on a sunnyafternoon with just a threat of  thunderstorms.  All with my cell phone.

David Whyte writes;

"Like a sail conversing conversing with the wind, every sail will respond differently to the elements according to its shape and the vessel it propels.  And the response of the sail, with a steady  hand at the tiller, creates movement and direction."

My 2 1/2 year old daughter still talks about our trip to Newfoundland, although it was a month ago now.  We showed "slides" to family last night and she narated the whole show. This beautiful angel hair was at our favorite beach.  Everywhere we went, there were signs of strong faith.that endures, because life in the cold north can belong.  Keeping itsimple helps, and the absolute beauty certainly inspires.  From the small to the large, one feels the power of creation.

This is my first entry so I hope you enjoy.  I've just returned from a two week journey to Newfoundland.  Our first visit was to Western Brook Pond which was just a taste of what was to come.  Then to Twillingate.  But my favorite village was Tilting on Fogo Island.  Fish Stage Truely unique and authentice Old Boat .  Then a week sailing on the South Coast...too beautiful for words... Middle Goblin Cove where I made a friend .  Thanks for your feedback.
