Now What???
Guess What?
Red House Over Yonder
OK, Cratchet and Old Guy...you think you're so smart because you "nailed" the screwdriver down to the make and model......well how 'bout this.....what are you going to make of this? Anyone? Red House
It's Your Turn To Guess
When Number 1 and Number 2 don't get the job done.....try Number 3. Even if that doesn't work you're still not totally screwed.
Tanked

Wonder what it's hauling today...kinda relegated to backdoor deliveries. Tanked
Life Cycle

If you take the seat for awhile and just observe you'll soon be able to see the cycle of things...Life Cycle
To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven: A time to be born, and a time to die.......
He hath made every thing beautiful in His time: also He hath set the world in their heart, so that no man can find out the work that God maketh from the beginning to the end.
Ecclesiastes 3:1-11
The Plantation

This was probably a very busy, productive place in it's day...Old Plantation
I couldn't post anything on the forum page...the verification text wasn't visible...but I just wanted to comment on the voting or rating issue that Cory brought up in his post...
It would be interesting to hear everyone's opinion about voting for images or employing some kind of rating system. I've made a suggestion on Cory's post on the main page (I'm not saying it's right, or the way to go).
I remember several months ago when the voting system was first introduced, everyone was for it and pretty excited to give it a go.
I'm personally in favor of some kind of rating system...it doesn't have to be complicated and it should allow (in it's design) some kind of feedback as to what is right with a picture or what is wrong with it.
I've heard several times that this was a site that would help hone ones photographic skills but in the two years that I've been a member here the critiques have not been the type that would assist in that endeavor. Don't get me wrong, I really like it here and I'm not going to go away, but realistically speaking most of the comments are "nice...great shot...love it..." Even the Photography Discussion forum is rarely used.
I feel as though if we don't have some kind of system in place as we scroll from page to page it will be like looking at Sadie Mae's family album on the couch, on a rainy day...nowhere to go.
Potter's Hill

Dust In The Wind - Kansas
I close my eyes
Only for a moment, then the momen't gone
All my dreams
Pass before my eyes, a curiosity
Dust in the wind
All they are is dust in the wind Same old song
Just a drop of water in an endless sea
All we do
Crumbles to the ground, though we refuse to see
Dust in the wind
All we are is dust in the wind, ohh Now, don't hang on
Nothing lasts forever but the earth and sky
It slips away
And all your money won't another minute buy
Dust in the wind
All we are is dust in the wind
All we are is dust in the wind Dust in the wind
Everything is dust in the wind
Everything is dust in the wind
Rich man, poor man...it doesn't matter, we're all going to have to give an account of our life someday. What will you say?
Summer's Inaugeral Launch Pad

School is almost out and summer is almost here....might as well be prepared for it and have The Launch pad ready. This just looked cool to me.
Nature's Dartboard
Blown Away
Spring is finally here and I'm just Blown Away by it's beauty
Indigo Wind
A walk on the beach, the sound of gulls and surf, the sun setting on a perfect day....and an Indigo Wind to push it gently into the night.
Hill Topper
Just a little stretch of "lonely"...Hill Topper
