I read that in California the power grids were operating at the limit because of the heat wave they're having there...so I thought I'd take a closer look at our grids...

I went to the outdoor market this evening to go pick up some things and at the last moment I decided to give my camera one more try...I've been real discouraged with my last few attempts...anyway here are a few things that I saw....

As I turned around I saw this kid in a stroller with this look of disgust on his face and it kind of cracked me up when I saw why....Eat your peas...

I know that there are probably a lot of things that I could/should have done better in taking these pictures...but after seeing these at home...I think I'll keep going on with this....

In our world today there it seems that there is a big thirst for power...it's not just governments with their armies...or big business with their bottom line...but it's at a personal level too.  The need to be better than the neighbor...to get in the last word...to be able to say "I told you so."

We classify or meter our power by what we own, or by the title we have.
Some even claim to have  De vine power without really knowing who is truely Divine.

We try so hard to harness or bridle power...yet we can't even bridle our tongues...

So the next time you think you're really something and you deserve something special...go see the "Owner" and see if you merit a  Cigar

Went to some quaint little town today and came across this Mexican restaurant that had this cool looking sign...so not only did I take pictures of the place but I had lunch too.  As it turned out they also had some of the best enchilada suisas I've ever had.
