Fire Patch
Captured this this evening and it seemed to set a mood....Fire Patch
Up Against It
This seems to be the place to hold some serious .... Interrogation
Bring Your Trunks
Late in the evening on the North Puget Sound....
The Land That Time Forgot
Went to Rattlesnake Lake yesterday...mainly because the sun was out, I finished my work early and I had my camera...it all added up. Anyway, I had the place all to myself and it had kind of a prehistoric feel to it.
Delirium
Does not all of nature sing with joy thrust forth upon the Spring?
Jupiter's Pearls
I saw this today on a spider's web after a rain shower. Everything looked so suspended (dah) and cosmic.
The Stompin Hall
Don't know the history of this place...but I'm sure there were a lot of stories made here. I can picture some old barn dances replete with fiddlers, spooners, and callers workin' the crowd of worn farmers into a stompin' frenzy on a Saturday night.
Glass Bottom Boat
Just one of those PNW days when everything comes together to fit into one of those sparkling "ahhhhhh" days. Saw this on one of my walks today.
Metallic Grey Day on the Sound
This is a typical view for this time of year in the Puget Sound....grey on grey on grey...with a little grey in the background.
I'm Not Pushin' Up Daisys Yet...
When Two Lips Meet
Or was that When Tulips Meet ? Yeah, yeah...that's what I meant.
Sunset On the Beach
Cracked View
The mist was rising off of the river behind the house yesterday and as I was looking through the trees the one further in seemed to be some obscure objects filtered through the branches of the ones nearest to me. Almost like looking through cracked glass.
Benched For a Season
This is a quiet place in my yard that overlooks the river...the bench, in it's disrepair, seems to add to the quietness of the surroundings
Washed Up
Down river from my house remain the last tinctures of Fall. As winter arrives even these last bits of color will give way to the starkness of Winter.Washed Up
