While at a wedding this past weekend, I had so much fun with all the color that was around. The fantastic ice sculpture was calling me back all night long.  I so so intrigued with the reflection aspect of it.Popup LinkIce Color Popup LinkIce 2 Popup LinkFruit Punch Popup LinkI GOT ITOf course it is always fun to see the crazy women going after the famous bouquet throwing.

Snowfelt Sign in the Desert

While vacationing in Sedona Ariz. a couple of weeks ago, we experienced a slow moving snowstorm.  Highly unlikely weather for them, but it made for some awesome pictures.  I guess Ariz. hadn't had any precipatation since Oct. 2005 and everyone was dancing in the streets they were so happy, (except those of us from Wisconsin that is!!)  I got out in the Bell Rock Area early one morning, after another layer of snow during the night and found this Popup Linksign which is really telling you about the trail to Bell Rock.  This sign tells it all.  Yes, they were extremely blessed with the snow!
Here are a few other shots that morning..Popup Link1 Popup Link2 Popup Link3 Popup Link4 Popup Link5 Popup Link6 Popup Link7 Popup Link8

A couple of pictures of a 900 year old castle located in Germany.  My favorite is the craftmanship of the door & lock and then an ancient looking wall within the courtyard.  It is still privately owned and is in excellent shape.Popup Linkcastle lock Popup Linkcloseup c.lock Popup Linkstained glass Popup Linkcastle courtyard The stained glass picture is from a cathedral in Cologne, Germany.

This church window is one of my favorites...taken outside at the cathedral in Colgne (Koln) Germany...a most awesome sight to behold...

Walked for one hour on a hot day through this forest in Germany to a 900-year-old castle.  Well worth the walk, at least I thought so...my husband would have an entirely different story however!!

I love eagles, I love Rocks... When visiting Sedona, Ariz., I was taking some pictures of various Indian Ruins on the outskirts of Sedona, and I noticed this eagle head in the rock walls of one of the Indian ruins...I must have taken 50 shots of this from every angle  (one of the benefits of digital huh?)
This is one of my favorite pictures for some reason.  And Sedona is my all time favorite place.

My son won his first bodybuilding competion in the Light Heavyweight division.  I, of course was snapping 30 million pics, and did not have perfect access to him on stage, so needless to say, many photos were just so so, but for some reason, I love the look on his face on this shot, and the muscles aren't bad either!!
