 I went back and reworked some December shots of Colonial Williamsburg. These have been blatantly altered with CS3 and it was fun.

These focal points of these macros were so tiny...so some of the shot is definitely not in focus!

These were taken Christmas day in Colonial Williamsburg.

I guess these qualify for the focus and composition challenge. ( except that is for the ones I purposely softened).

I tried some more night shooting..sure makes for vibrant colors...its difficult as the "sweet" spot on my macro lens is even smaller and focus is unforgiving.

 These statues have been on the William and Mary campus  for over 50 years. They sit under a large tree in the shade. The girl is reading a letter
from Johnny.

We must be in the migratory path of robins. The other morning there were dozens of them in my front yard. I just had a minute to grab my camera and shoot across the yard through a crack in the front door. Not the best of quality, but hey, robins in December is unusual.
