I really want the snow gone.  I was sitting eating my breakfest feeling blue when I looked through these bottles.  Yes I had my camera on the table waiting to be used.

I have cleaned out my three junkdrawers and shoved everything into one drawer.  I have found many cool items that I put away where they belong.  I promise these are the last pictures I will take of my junk drawer items.  I need to get my good camera out and buy a tri-pod.  I have been talking with a photo chick at work about the Nikon D80.  Does anybody else have much to say about that camera?  Yes Tucana25 it is your wife trying to spend my money.

I ventured into the second junk drawer and found a couple things that made me want to shoot them.  Luckily nothing alive was found.  I did find some money which made happy.  I might have to find a place to hang the crazy little seahorse.

I saw the new challenge and knew that I have three drawers in my kitchen that are considered junk drawers.  So far I dug through the top drawer and shot pictures of some things that I pretty much forgot about.  Some items found were stolen from work and they will not be shown because my bosses wife looks at my pictures on this site.  I should return those soon.  At least the top junk drawer is now cleaned out and ready for new junk to arrive.

I Was Bored

I was stuck in my house because of the near zero temps outside.  I did not feel like doing anything except grabbing the digital camera and seeing what I could get from the lamp in my bay window.  Luckily I only kept one of the 32 pictures I wasted time on and actually like it.  This made me think of the old churches and how the light comes in during sunset and looks so beatiful.  I might have to plan a trip with my good camera this weekend.  Not really an artsy fartsy shot but colorful.

Odd Spot Named Thermopolis

On the drive out of Yellowstone we found this odd little town named Thermopolis.  Hot springs were in many locations making this a nice stop to explore the formations made from the hot flowing water.  The water fountain was formed many years ago from one little pipe that was stuck in a hot spring.

I lovvvvve Las Vegas and all its great photo ops.  My favorite are the night shots because vegas is kind of boring during the day...I most likely will hear about that comment.  I like this picture but really wish I would have used my film camera instead of the digital.  Can you believe I did not take any pictures of the water show?  I guess I need to plan another trip and get the film handy.Reflections

57 Chevy at Back to the 50's Every year I go to the Back To The Fifties car show and drool over the 11,000 cars that show up.  I took hundreds of pictures like this that are small portions of the cars that I liked to use as 16x20 pics to hang in my house.  This is one of my favorites and it made it on my living room wall.  It took a while to position myself so I was not seen on the many pieces of chrome.  Oh how I love those old gas guzzling, chrome beauties...not the gas bill though.

Digging out the old camera again

I have decided to dig out the old Nikon F2 and shoot some pictures again.  A couple years ago I broke down and bought a small dog.  That furball has changed my thoughts of how a guy should not have a small dog.  I have taken hundreds of pictures but still like this one best.
