It is all fun until you start to think you are getting older. there are hints: your doc tell you to loose weight and exercise, your magic mirror in the morning says you are no longer the prettiest of all, your pants do not fit as well, and you puff and puff after a short walk up hill. the next thing you are at the gym or spa but that does not last long, it is boring!. Google did not help searching for the answer, but I got it one day and here is the solution: jogg in paradise. Today's setting is late in the afternoondiamond peak south of the park  and then as I jogg I see the pleasures of exercisingready contrast. Everybody has the same desire to be good and they have chosen the optimal sorroundingspathway all exercising . Of course there is also need of exercising the spirit that you get watching a beauuuutiful sunsetwatching the sunset with your desires to travel as the sailboats dosailboats . and you finish looking for that green light flash when the sun sets.looking for the green light . You are invited to exercise , just look for the paradise to jogg.

We all struggle to go forward in our daily endeavors trying to achieve succes, and that is the way it should go. But, looking back is a way to see where all started, and there is no better way than reliving your memories with a camera at hand.  The hot and humid summers of Lima, and practically no rain in the winter, make the houses look like this one, my home at age 10, barrios altos
with flat roofs , and big doors like if people were giantscolors of time.  Walking those streets on the way to school or university were entertaining and kept me fitParuro. chinatown with its foods and traditions,  the news . the girls school was nearby and had to walk by. this was an old monastery converted into school, run by nuns, and named Mercedes Cabello (a writer at the end of the xix century)M.Cabello , and today sorrounded by the bullicious taxis, vendors and many more people. Changes are seen everyplace, like the nice hotel facade, now decadent . or the afluent home door: junin st.  What about sundays, well, there was church time, not my favorite, but baptisms were great, good food, friends, and in the big churchlima , but there are so many churches around that area san francisco. There was a cafe where students would meet and chat, near the gobernment palace, and there was a statue of the Conquistador Pizarro in that corner, but now no such thing. Interesting to know is that the statue of Pizarro was originally done to represent H.Cortez, but rejected by Mexico, and sent to Lima, but there has been always a resentment against Pizarro, therefore the statue was moved several times (rejected?), and today is near the Rimac River statue . In the background the highest hill in the city : San Cristobal, initially had homes made of straw mats, but 40 y later, cement, bricks and electricity are part of the scenery.san cristobal , and homes . We will continue our walk another day.

Writing a story? well, it is like having homework again. But, since that is the way it is here, let's try it. Today, we will start at places where the condor soares, high altitude sickness comes to my mind, and I hear my labored breathing just standing seeing the wonderful Andes at 15000f, but at sunset, after an enduring hike, check the Vallaraju (quechua word) mountain
Ancash. My stomach rumbles of expectation by seeing the tiled roofs of the small villages, with its sunday markets, and "sabrosos" dishes sold at different sitesPisac. Of course the world can not exist if shopping does not appear in the scene, as this vendor near one of the Inca RuinsOllantaytambo.
The other end, sealevel, is as pretty as you can imagine if time is taken to admire it, with help of sunsets,
birds playing and getting foodlanding?. the best combination is jogging along the ocean and then sitting down and thinking what is going on at this moment in The City san francisco . Maybe they are all sitting in front of their monitors admiring the stories of Photographica.
