We had rare beautiful lighting at an away meet yesterday! I finally able to shoot the first 1/2 of the meet at 200ISO. YEAH!I have another competition in the fall. Help me weed these out.

We got up at 5AM Saturday to go on my son's first pheasant hunt. By 7:30 he'd gotten his first bird of the day. I think even he was stunned by how pretty a hen's feathers are. Here are a couple of other choice photos
This started out with a request last year for someone to take picture on the last game of the season of parents and their kids . . . I tried a few action shots seeing that I got field access . . . the rest has been history. I can't wait to get my new camera and see where this goes, I love seeing them every night and they love the pictures. These are the 4 best ones I've taken this season. My Konica/Minolta A2 takes horrible shots at 400 & 800 ISO (too much noise) but I get nice ones during practice.
