This little story is about a PA Army National Guard Unit out of York, PA. Yesterday afternoon PA Army National Guard Btry F 109th FA unit arrived home after a year of deployment in Iraq. As our families stood together and waited anxiously for the members of our families who we haven't seen in a year you could see how excited everyone was. Little kids that are waiting for Daddy to come and wives that just want to see their other half. Also the mom's and dad's of the younger soliders that went away and were forced into growing up faster than their buddies back home. And then you have the siblings who just want to touch their brother or sister. It was an amazing day. You could hear the sirens coming down the road followed by the roar of about 10-15 Harley Davidson motorcycles.

Before they even opened the door, i had tears coming down my face...my matt matt was home! With one of my little sisters on my shoulders we waited for our big brother to come off the bus. I was supposed to be taking the pictures but how could i with tears blurring my vision. After we found him things settled down a bit. And this is the look on his face once he sees that we surprised him with a buddy of his from when he was stationed in Alaska.

I'm so glad my brother Matt Matt is home safe. Thanks for reading!!!

Spent the weekend with my bestest friend up at the National Apple Harvest Festival. We had fun but it was rather crowed. I brought the baby along with me(my camera) and got caught up in the colors. Some of the other ones are from around my parents house. HOpe you like.

Well its been awhile since i have posted anything on here, so i decided to share some of my pictures again.  I hope everyone enjoys them.

Well a couple of weeks ago i went to a show in New Jersey. We were sitting around waiting for the show to start and i of course had my camera and thought i should take some pictures.  Here are two of them.

Another Trip to Gettysburg

As i said before i love going to Gettysburg.  There are some many interesting things to take pictures of. Not only that, but it is our history, and i enjoy taking advantage of being so close to this place.  There are cemeteries on one corner. Or just down the road you can go to the  covered bridge. Its a fantasic place to go to get different angles or Different perspectives. I enjoy peaking through the sides an looking over the creek. This was one of my favorite shots from the covered bridge. I just love the  Frame work of the bridge itself.
Once done with the covered bridge you can head down a one way and take a gander at some of the different monuments that represent the different states and their unit information.ohio. There are many more, i just captured a few.  This doesn't even begin to illustrate Gettysburg.New York.  If you would like to have a birds eye view of some of the places on the battle fields, climb one of the few towers they have and take a look.  Birds Eye from the tower

I carry my camera around with me pretty much every where i go.  It is my baby.  I had it at work with me and was just playing around in the Detailing Bays and thought hmm these might turn out pretty cool so the first one i took was of the press.DESCRIPTION_HERE The guys put the rags through and the press rings it out and dries them.  THen i looked to my left and the congested hallway was there and i took a picture of that.  I was just having fun.

Then on sunday i was at a wedding and the sight had the most amazing view.  It over looked a horse pasture and a river i wish it would have come out a little clearer, but you let me know what you think.DESCRIPTION_HERE DESCRIPTION_HERE
