HELP Tulsa zoo bird
OK, so when looking at the shots from the zoo I find this, there seems to be pixels around the birds head? Can not figure out what the heck it is. The shot was taken inside a building inside an enclosure. The hazy white in the background is the glass with outside light hitting it and about 15ft away. I am wondering if this is a trait with film, sometimes you may get scattered color in processing?
If it happens from camera settings with the amount of light? confused as its only around the head of the darn bird.
no frustration here...lol
Thanks for taking the time Tulsa Zoo Bird
Hey Good Look'n
Fourteen feet up in the air on a bridge, Tulsa Zoo
Shot with the Nikon f100 so film grain is obvious. Hey good looking
Not much else turned out during the trip, I forgot my tripod and was just to busy laughing with the kids.
You all have a great day

STUD

Well this is one from my B&W film class, did not post before due to the horrible dust issue from the lab, nothing seemed to get the room and equipment clean, but I loved the shot so thought I would share it.

The Shoe
This is a shot from the second week of photograhy class. Also, my second week using the 35mm slr (nikon F100) I bought for the class.
The project was to practice perspectives, and well, hot as heck and humid here that week so this is as good as it got for me. Nearly passed out on the pavement!
My camera had alot of dust that I was unaware of until I developed the shots...UGH.
Anyway, only a five week class and this is the last week. I am heading out for the darkroom today and will be there till they kick my happy *&%# out.
For those that don't know me, I love suggestions, so please pick it apart and hopefully I will increase this learning curve.

Afternoon Light - redone
First off, thank you all for the comments and suggestions.
I have done two new versions of this picture as the first post was raw.
masked out background only on this one , which I think I like the best,
then curves/masks/lowerlight as Mr.Q noted, but only slightly lowered.
Yep PS is always a help in these matters
Not sure why my Color post did not go up.....so here ya go Bit O'Green no PS here DOF is what I wanted.
