So, my guy and I got really excited the first time we spotted from our balcony an iguana lounging on a rooftop, but we soon learned that iguanas are as common to Costa Rica as Anoles are to Florida.  :)

So, I unfortunately missed out on the whole best of 2006 thing...I've been so busy with work, wedding planning, and moving YET again, that I didn't even notice it was going on until just before the deadline! And there was no way I could sort through my crap and figure out what my best of the year was in that little time.  So...boo hiss, sad Kim.  I didn't want to feel left out though, so I thought I'd at least share with you now my personal favorites of 2006.  Since I haven't exactly taken too many new photos in a while. ;)

End of Fall
 I went to Rhode Island last week to visit my grandparents. Unfortunetly I missed the beautiful colors of fall...most of the the trees were already bare and there wasn't an inch of ground not covered in leaves!

I know, I'm terrible. I haven't posted anything in so long...despite having plenty more photos from England to share!  Mainly it's because my computer seems to be about to bite the dust, and it doesn't make anything easy for me.
Ah well, here's one for now!

After leaving stonehenge, we stopped at The Hawk Conservancy on a whim. They had all sorts of beautiful birds of prey, but I was particularly taken with the vultures.
