Portland from the 32nd floor

This morning, the sun comes and goes, there is fog on the hills, and the view is pretty nice to look at...

Downtown Portland

The series was shot using a Canon 20D with a 35-105 canon lens at maximum zoom, f5.6, 1/15th, no filters.  It was done with 36 shots, each shot approximately has 1/2 overlap with the previous shot.  The stitching was done with Autostitch, using linear blending.

It could probably stand to be cropped a bit.  But this shot is all about seeing EVERYTHING...

    If you hold down the "CTRL" key and touch "N" it will bring up the scroll bars so you can see this Great Big Panorama... Great stiching...

    That was a great shot. Brought up some memories. I used to work in the Wells Fargo Building. The tallest white one in the picture. I miss Oregon. Thanks for the pic.
