No excuses (worth mentioning, anyway), and not much new to show for my four-month abscence. My camera has been so under used it is threatening to return itself and keep the money. So, with nothing new to show, I have felt too guilty to come back.Thankfully, we are blessed with a webmaster at photographica that won't let me get away so easily. So at Cory's much appreciated request, I humbly stick my foot back in the door. Soon, I hope to get back with the camera; in the meantime, I got a scanner:

This fall I got paid to shoot football games. Considering my
quasi-dramatic, no action photo skills, I don't think they will ask me back.

We thought you'd dropped off the face of the earth. But no, you're just in the Dakotas! Good to see some new posts from you. Hopefully you're getting some snow there to inspire you further?

In my particular view, it's wonderful when the photographer is able to capture interesting patterns in the streets... by the way, good photo!

Thanks! Good to be back, though it is snowing, and snow does not exactly inspire me too much. Oh well, there is always something to shoot. Now I just have to get up and do it. Hope all is well with you!

That's always been what I like about your style - you get such great shots of the most unexciting, normal, everyday things. I hear you though - I've been uninspired myself lately. But I'm buying a digital camera today, so perhaps that will get me posting again soon.
