Halloween Last Year

Last year my family had a big haunted house.  There were 15 people helping in it.  I am posting some of the shots I took.  All of them were taken in the dark on night setting.  There were blacklights.  But is there a way to stop the shots from having the blur.  I kind of like the way they look. It gives them a spooky look for Halloween.  But otherwise how do I get rid of it?

    If you used night setting, the only thing I could suggest is use a tripod; that's the only thing I've found to keep the blur out of my night pics. Also, did you use the flash from your camera? When I use night setting, the flash is off manually, but it comes on by itself. I'm just not very versed in this; I know someone else will be able to help you more. Looks like you had fun!

    Beauty is my cousin who is actually a very pretty girl. I did her make up. I thought I did a pretty scarey job. After all look at my avatar. LOL

    You gotta understand, when Penny's family get's together, it's half the county, her family is huge, a person could come in and claim to be a cousin, and no one would know...LOL seriously, they are SO much fun to be around.

    Awesome - I will tell you that my brother and I used to set up haunted houses in our house - we then went on to set up the largest haunted attractions in the country - who know where it will lead??? I saw some great make-up in there! Lot's of fun, and I love that you pass out beer at your house. Fun photos - and in regard to your question - Kayn is right - get a tripod and tell people to stay still. If you use the flash it ruins the fun by washing out the cool lighting.

    Okay I will tell people who are scared to death "Oh wait hold still for the camera" LOL You should hear all the screams. They really do scare people bad!! The guy at the bar with the shrunken head is good for chasing people. Not to mention we made 6 rooms and 2 hallways out of one big room. The walls even had arms in some places and whoever went through didn't know until they grabbed them. I was a receptionist in a doctors office. I would say on an intercom "Dr. so and so is coming in for an appt." so my hubby would know who was coming to scare.

    What fun! Halloween is tougher here because it's usually so $%$% cold. These are great! And Tach...is that "largest haunted attraction in the country" Neverland Ranch, by chance?
