Last time I ws there fences weren't... why did they put them up? Destroys the beauty of the park doesn't it? The shot is beautiful, but would be 10 times better with no fences.

The fences go up in various parts of the park in the fall, while they reseed the lawn. They do it in secitions, so there were parts that were fenced and parts that weren't. Unfortunately, this is one of the parts that was fenced.
