the light on the second one is just beautiful. I remember exactly where I was when Lennon was killed...it shocked and saddened me for weeks afterwards. I'm a huge Beatles fan, and hope that someday soon I can visit this memorial to him. Paul's words here may have been about his mother, but they are universal in intent and feeling. Well done, Chris. Hard to believe it's been 25 years, and that he's been dead more than half my life. Wow.

hey hey hey NOW...I swear I heard it on the radio this morning. Q1043, anyone want to back me up? I'm not going crazy, I didn't make this up. Plus, when I went to verify what I had heard, I saw all these news stories posted today, because I guess one of those prime-time news shows is airing an interview with MDC this Friday... heh what Beholden didn't mention is that I'm so much a Beatles geek that I mentioned to her that Lennon was born October 9, and died December 8. And I knew that off the top of me head. Because I'm a Beatlemaniac! I admit it!
