I haven't been part of a photo group for years, but I've been meaning to give it a try again, and figured that getting a brand new camera (a Canon 5D) to put through its paces was as good an excuse as any.

    Love the pictures! I couldn't believe the leaf when I saw it, it's nearly identical to one of my shots for a 6-piece theme I'm working on for school. Can't wait to see more! Great job!! I like your style.

    In myth, crows will sit in judgment of their own and then kill them. This is why a gathering of crows is called a murder. This one might not have been well liked ;) These are all beautiful shots. Thanks for sharing.

    Like the others, I've previously enjoyed the work posted on your website; and, I'm excited about the possibility of your current photos being posted here for comment. The detail in the leaf is stunning. Everytime I see a photo like this it reminds me that I don't have to capture the whole image to capture the essence of it. So, does mostly harmless mean you're a D. Adams fan?

    [laugh]... I had a Canon D60, but I'm afraid it's already been spoken for by my sister. (Though I'd really love to see this wrestling match...) ;) And yeah, I love Mr. Adams. Thanks so much for the welcome and all the kind words. =)

    It can get pretty darn dirty! Besides your camera is better then mine anyways and now he's giving it to his sister. You know we're suppose to behave in front of guests.
