When does the next bi-weekly theme begin?

How are we "notified" a new theme has begun and what it is?

    The next theme will begin this Friday. The person who does the theme, will post an explanation of their theme...then at the end of the post, they will announce the next "thememeister". You just keep an eye out for the New Theme post every other Friday.

    could we put a sticky somewhere on the right hand column that links to the theme. perhaps making the theme it's own section would help? for those of us who can't always keep up with the rate of posts on the site, we miss themes now and then. just a thought.
