Hi Folks. Miss me? :)
I meant to post these 123 on Halloween....but it turned out I was without a computer for two weeks. It's been a crazy couple of weeks. My vacation was spent packing the house, my nephew was born, I got engaged (yikes! Does this mean I'll be moving to Alaska?), had a tearful goodbye at work...and now I'm in GA. Officially unemployed, and staying in a hotel until we can move in to the new place...hopefully this will be within the next couple of days (3 people, 3 cats, 2 chihuahuas and 4 rats all in one hotel room....not good). I've got some new pictures, but can't show them 'til I'm moved in and get my computer and scanner set up. But I wanted to pop in and say hi. Hi! :)
Thanks for checking in...you were gone too long...we missed you! Of course, I love the cat pic and the witch's brew was awesome...but the rat and pumpkin was the cutest. (How do you tell the Chihuahuas and the rats apart?)
Congrats on the engagement!!! Alaska?? Really?? This living arrangement won't last too long....you'll be in your house before you know it. Just go out every day and explore your surroundings....with your camera, of course! Thanks for checking in....keep us posted, when you can, on how things are going..... OH! Almost forgot! Loved the cauldron pic!
I really like the last shot the best. Cool effects. That is one cute rat. I had Chinchillas but not anymore. My house is a zoo. Hope you get settled soon.
congratulations, tete! Hey, living in Alaska isn't so bad...well, that's what I hear. Surrounded by all that beauty? Lucky! I liked that cauldron pic--we used to have drinking glasses when I was growing up that looked like that candle holder.
Congratulations on your engagement. Hope things settle down for you soon. Nice pics - especially liked witches brew. But, like BusyB, I couldn't look at the rat pic -- eeeeeek! :-)
I lovvvve these! I think you should write to Scholastic to tell them about/share your photos. They sell posters in their student book clubs to the kiddies (k, 1st, 2nd). Those Halloween shots are adorable! As a first grade teacher, I would buy them and hang them in my classroom. They are super!
