Indeed. Reminds me of the week I spent on Grand Cayman. Even trying to convince a friend and her husband to spend a week out there this coming January. Of all of the tropical islands I've visted, Grand Cayman is by far my favorite.

  • You got some nice shots even with the weather not behaving. You will remember your cruise forever. We are starting to plan our return to Alaska for the spring of '07.

  • I love cruising! Your pictures make me want to call my travel agent! Was that a real pirate ship??? I ask because last week an Australian ship was hit by pirates off the coast of (I think) Africa.

We did enjoy it very much, although next time we wanna go somewhere far away, we're gonna fly. You just wouldn't believe cruise ship security. port authority regulations. we went through at least 5 check points before even boarding the ship. Airport security is nothing compared to that. BusyB: the food is great and it's there 24 hours a day. KayN: I only wish I could've taken a sapphire home :) Chef: I thought the same thing when I saw the pic, haha, another little thing I can pick on him about. The pirate ship was for some kind of festival "Pirate Week" I think. Later tonight I'll post my shots from Jamaica and a few more from the ship and I'll stop with all this.....tomorrow especially for BusyB, I'll have some fall color I took over the weekend.
