OMG.....goldfinch....this is the bird that scared me to death...thought i had a rat in the attic..turned out to be a GF that got stuck in our vent system....Hubby was able to save him and he flew on his way.......LOL

Awesome, Rock! The detail is outstanding! Our goldfinches have left for the season :( I still have the feeder out, though, for the smaller varieties who might be hungry. Be, glad y'all saved the little one....too bad it scared you, though.

We are landscaping our backyard and are making sure there is plenty of attraction for the birds. We want this kind of beauty in our realm.

Since I made my comment above, I've been watching my feeder....I have ONE goldfinch that's feeding here....maybe there's more that'll join him.....

These are great, kinda like the first one the best with the three together--at least they seem like they are getting along with each other--the last picture --he/she is just daring someone to come and eat while he/she is feasting.
