Thanks everyone! Penny: the blue tint was accomplished using a white balance of 3700. No PS work other than bumping the contrast. And Piper was saying "c'mon" but not to me...there was a yellow lab in between me and Piper in this shot. She was trying to coax that dog into running with her :)
