I think I like the color version best. The b/w is so stark, it's scary looking. (looks like capillaries in a high school biology book)

I too like the color version best. The blue is vibrant. And I love your thumbnail, he looks so docile, just wanting to be petted :o)

I think the B/W is really cool - very Ansel Adamsish! Many, many good photographers on this site & no slight to them, but I always look forward to your posts. They're my fav's!

I'm weighing in on the color side. When I opened it up I said to myself, "wow!" Then I was curious how you were going to top it with the after. The B&W is nice, but in this case I think the before is the better picture.

both of them are beautiful. I can't decide. I love the starkness of the b/w, but the blue really knocks me out in the color one!
