many of us have seen frost flakes forming like it is snowing, but on a crystal clear  cold nite, even sometimes it happens during daylite, no clouds yet it seems to be snowing.these were taken under clear skies at about 15 degrees below zero, and not even a breath of wind at 8:40 am. the sun has been up for a little more than a few minutes. something was coming out of the ground for the frost to form on just at that one spot. nature lovers, i give youfra,frb, frc, frd.
