Seminole Canyon is just west of Del Rio and just north of the Rio Grande. One of the trails in Seminole Canyon State Historical park leads to an old windmill ruin. It was built in the 1800's to provide water for livestock. There's a natural spring under the windmill.Popup LinkOutside Popup LinkInside Popup LinkDetail Popup LinkSpring

Nice pictures, I like the choice of camera angles.

    I like the 'Detail' one

"Inside" & "Spring" were my two favorites, but all were great.

Outside and Inside are so neat! I love the simplicity of capture. Wonder if the windmill can brave the wind any further!

I really like "Inside"! The angle and that blue sky are just great, as are the shadows across the wood. I wonder what it would look like at sunrise or sunset?

Excellent shots!  I particularly like "spring."  I see the Wolf lurking around a couple of pic's.  These appear to be excellent subjects for some Photoshop remixing.

    - In tune with the camera.

You got great light in that first one. All that detail in the wood, and the sky still very deep blue. Very nice!

    - right brained...
