Having not posted in a while, I thought I'd share our trip to Mexico with you. I've never been there, so it was a "culture shock" to me! As far as beauty, it paled in comparasion to Hawaii, but I had a better time there. We went deep sea fishing and caught a couple of Popup Linkmarlins ; it was exhilarating, to say the least! I had never seen pelicans before, so I took numerous pictures of them; here's one coming in for a Popup Linklanding . When you come back from your fishing expedition, you always have lots of greeters Popup Linkwanting food. Here's one of the Popup Linkwater spray behind the boat. The Popup LinkPacific sunrise was beautiful! When a ship has to come in for repairs, they have a great way of Popup Linkhauling it in. Of course, street vendors are in abundance, and no one is left out as is witnessed in this Popup Linksmall child. She had hit us up numerous times to buy something, but we didn't get anything. Of course, after I took this pic, her mother sent her after us saying "One dollar for picture". We obliged. The trip was great, we plan on going back again next year, but it was wonderful to get back home to the Popup Linkbudding and Popup Linkblooming of the crocuses. There's no place like home! BTW, the thumbnail is of the sunset at the hotel pool.

I knew "wanting food" was going to be a bird shot but I didn't expect it to be that cool! I like your post. I can still taste Mexico and while I didn't do any fishing I took a lot of pictures. I also had a good laugh at the "dollar for picture" comment. That must be the fastest growing occupation for enterprising Mexicans this year.
