White Sands is one of my favorite places to visit. My parents live about an hour east of the park so I go whenever I visit them. These were taken just after Christmas.

Really like 4 and 5. Four is an intriguing composition, and a little bit menacing, with those spikey leaves.

It's one of those places that you just can't believe exists. I was impressed especially with 1 and 4 (the Clive Barker Pinhead shot) but they're all just amazing...terrific photography, Mr. Wilk.

Hey wilk...next time you visit your folks try and go in the summer around a full moon. You can make arrangements with the park to stay over night to get the moon shots. I personally have yet to do this...but some of my friends have in the past. (years ago) I remember the results on film were incredible!
