    Where were these taken?  I really like the first one; whatever that little guy is, he sure looks friendly.  Almost looks like he's smiling at us! I'll pass on the shark.....What kind of animal is in the first pic?

    The smiley white guy is a Baluga Whale...  the pictures were taken at Sea World in San Diego ... The Shark is a Lemon Shark...  about 16 feet long.. very big but not at all dangerious...

    Good shots. The whale looks like he's closly related to the porpoise. Is it because he's behind glass that the shark isn't dangerous? How I like the "flash" you captured in the shark's eye.

    Yeah, that flash in the shark's eye makes it even more ominous, like you've caught its attention...which may not be good...
