Keeping Milk Cool

Coming back from a camping trip, we decided to cut through our nation's dairy land, Wisconsin. It is there that I figured out how they keep

milk cool in the 95 degree summer.

I didn't even know that they raise cows in california, with all the emissions standards. no way they would pass the methane test. beside Ii thought I saw all the cows (from longhorns to milk cows.. no cholate ones) in the states on my drivefrom TX to MN and WI.

Here in Texas we keep them cool with Blue Bell Ice Cream (or so the commercials say) and you're not far off with the methane emmissions -- there are some issues being debated in California because of them.

moose: i was kidding about the methane thing. however i did do resaearch for debate in highschool concerning methane pollution from cows impacting hte environment. the point was to find somehting obscure that the oher team would have no refutal. but i guess the world is changing a bit..
not a new topic, why are the california cows happier? despite the commercial witheh sheep/dog...
