I spend a LOT of time in airports.Fortunately, there are a few places where the traveler can find a bit of distraction in an otherwise bland and utilitarian structure. Here are a few examples:

Chicago O'Hare's Electric Tunnel

People Mover

Detroit's Blue Tunnel

Detroit's Rainbow Tunnel

Actually, "Blue Tunnel" and "Rainbow Tunnel" are the same place. The lights change in time to some very odd music. If your in the Detroit Airport, its worth a visit.

Any constructive critisim would be appreciated.

Great shot! If you hang around the Detroit Metro long enough you'll find penty of distractions....some you may want to run from...lol

Great shots! I love the play of light and color. And the blurred images and soft silhouettes add to the feel of moving, speed and anonymity you find in an airport. Great work.
