Just a little hiking trip

Had the opportunity to Hike My. Huron (14, 060 ft)earlier this year and got a few decent pics I can share ...

It was already a great view on the Popup Linkdrive up to the trailhead.  Looking at our journey from thePopup Linktrailhead I realized we had a long way to go!
Along the way we passed an old Popup Linkhouse which was probably Popup Linkbuilt in the early 1900's.  Just around the corner from here we set up camp and had this Popup LinkPeak View of a neighboring mountain.

Once we got above 13K feet the next day, it started to get extremely Popup Linksteep which meant there were a lot of Popup Linkbreaks taken!  It was all worth it though when we got to the top and saw the Popup LinkSan Isabel Range from over 14K feet.  (check out the storm that was coming our way!)

Of course, I brought some goodies so we could have Popup LinkGuiness and Golf while we took in the view.

After a fun and hard weekend in the mountains, most of us were pleased to Popup LinkGo Home!

until next time ... the Dancefloor

Loved the view! Gorgeous! Don't think I'd be able to hike there, though. Glad you did so you could bring back these awesome pics!

You are a total nut, carting a golf club up there just to hit a little ball. What a climb, great shots, of some beautiful scenery. Thanks so much.

Loved the hike you took us on--your second shot of the trailhead (could just sit or stand there for quite a while admiring the view) and the San Isable Range are my favorite.
