  • What a beautiful old building. You captured it well. How do you put the frames around your photos? They look so "finished" that way.

What a darling little school! I think that in my classroom of 19 students, I have about twice as much room as that teacher had. I wonder how many students went to that school throughout the years it was open.

And Jeffrey, I bet it was easier to barrow an answer from the person next to you.

  • Lovely shot...but imagine how cramped it would be in the summer...'specially with the stinky kid who never bathed sitting in there (come on, admit it, there was one in every school!)

I'm amazed how good of shape that building is in; that's awesome. Is it open so people can go in there and check it out? Love the first pic, Rock!

Excellent images, Rockey. The school isn't much larger than a smoke house of the same era.

  • Kay - The School House Is Privately Owned. I Looked In The Windows, And Inside Is A Very Small Room With A Wood Floor And Has A Small Stove For Heat. The Blackboard Still Hangs On The Rear Stone Wall. Thanks Everyone For Your Comments! Rockey
